Colorful monochrome looks are my J A M.

And I think that needs to be a statement that I make first before anything I say. If there’s one thing you should take-away from this— it’s that.

I used to despise color circa my latter years in high school because I thought my style was too mAtUrE and cHiC for anything more than black and white, and the occasional (but never simultaneously, kids!!) grey.

Granted, this tan-look doesn’t veer too far from your neutral shades, but in my defense, I’d also like to note that these photos were shot back in the fall (lmao. I know, even I’m appalled— the weather in Boston got cold, and it got cold fast, woopsies). If you’ve seen me in my most recent IG posts — woohoo shameless plug check it out here — I’ve been playing with monochrome OrAnGe looks and bright yellow + lilac combos, so there has to be some merit to that, no?

& every other designer and their grandmas have been throwing colorful looks like they’re paintballs out on the runway as Spring/Summer FW has so eloquently shown us. And if you don’t want to hear it from me, listen to Prabal Garung and Victoria Beckham, at least.

So TLDR:

color’s are the freaking blueberry jam,
unless you’re allergic to berries then in that case I’m sorry and I hope at the very least you can still eat marmalade,
and we should all embrace it more!!1!1!

yaayyyy coleurss.
